From the image above you guys can see the transfer rate..only 1.8 kbps..
My internet service provider is Telkom Speedy. Hopefully they fix this problem.. Recently i changed the package, from time based quota into family package (unlimited, but when you reach quota 3GB, the speed will automatically drop to 128 kbps).
So based on the information in above, even though I've reached the quota, The speed that i should get is 16 kbps. In reality.. well the picture is the proof.
It's a bit frustrating, it takes gazillion minutes just to open Facebook *exaggerating.. lol*
But if I open a website with a local server (such as detik.com, kaskus, or indosiar forum) there's no problem.
Telkom Speedy, speed that you can trust...
