Can I trust your speed ?

From the image above you guys can see the transfer rate..only 1.8 kbps..
My internet service provider is Telkom Speedy. Hopefully they fix this problem.. Recently i changed the package, from time based quota into family package (unlimited, but when you reach quota 3GB, the speed will automatically drop to 128 kbps).

So based on the information in above, even though I've reached the quota, The speed that i should get is 16 kbps. In reality.. well the picture is the proof.

It's a bit frustrating, it takes gazillion minutes just to open Facebook *exaggerating.. lol*
But if I open a website with a local server (such as detik.com, kaskus, or indosiar forum) there's no problem.

Not my time

Couple of days ago, I joined test for Broadcaster Development Program Trans tv. The test was held in Stekpi. So me and Muki went there. I thought it was just worth a shot. I haven't registered yet. So did it on the spot. I got registered number, it was 70516.
Does it mean that more 70.000 people joined this test ? hm.. I don’t know.

So. i did the test.. It was about common knowledge and English. Well, I did my best. They said that the result would be published at 9 pm something. So I waited.. I waited.. and.. It was published at 11.45. Damn.. Me and Muki passed the test.

We should do the next step, psikotest.. Muki was scheduled at 1 pm, me 2pm. So we did the test, and we have to wait the next day to see the result. And.. Sadly me and Muki didn’t pass the test... Crap.. Maybe they know that Muki and I have the potential to be a psycho.. Lol..
Nah.. it was worth a shot. I didn’t put a high hope on it. But it would be great if get that job.

Well.. Still waiting for my rocket to come.

Anggun Fans Gathering 2009

Celebrating Anggun's Birthday and Anggunesia's Birthday (we've been together for about 3 years !), we will celebrate it in a different way.

The founder of Sekolah Nurani Insani is Mr. Dedi Rosadi. He and his wife opened this school about 4 years ago, in Petamburan Jakarta Barat. The majority students are coming from street child. Though they're street child when they attend the class session, they have to wear uniform, do the exam, and in the end they will get a certificate.

Starting from 3rd grade of elementary school, students are teached about cooking skills, hair cutting skills, sewing skill, So they can use their skill to provide their needs in the future. The main goal is to make them independent.

My God.. it's been a while since the last time i blogged.. I'm sorry..
That's because i have nothing to share with you guys..
Well, the update is.. I'm having trouble sleeping. Something's wrong. I can not sleep before 12 am. So, it's always at 3 am in the morning.

Avenue Q

I'm a member of Indonesian Pageant Forum.
One day, one member of the forum (tea_too) posted a funny clip from youtube. In that video, there are brother and sister do the lip sync.. It's funny because the whole song is about the function of internet.. The internet is for porn.. lol
So.. i searched through youtube, who's the original singer of this song. I found out that that song is originally from the Broadway show, Avenue Q.



Avenue Q is a musical conceived by Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx, who wrote the music and lyrics, and directed by Jason Moore. The book is by Jeff Whitty. The show was produced by and opened at the Off-Broadway Vineyard Theatre in March 2003. The production transferred to Broadway in July 2003 and won several Tony Awards, including the award for Best Musical. It is still running on Broadway and holds the position of 25th longest running musical in Broadway history. The show has spawned a 2005 Las Vegas production, a 2006 West End production and various international productions, in Israel, Mexico, Brazil, to name a few. A U.S. national tour began in July 2007 and will end in May 2009.

The show is largely inspired by (and is in the style of) Sesame Street: Most of the characters in the show are puppets (operated by actors onstage), the set depicts several tenements on a rundown street in an Outer Borough of New York City, both the live characters and puppet characters sing, and short animated video clips are played as part of the story. Also, several characters are recognizably parodies of classic Sesame Street characters: for example, the roommates Rod and Nicky are versions of Sesame Street's Bert and Ernie, and Trekkie Monster is based on Cookie Monster. However, the characters are in their twenties and thirties and face adult problems instead of those faced by pre-schoolers, thus making the show more suited for the adults who grew up with Sesame Street.
